At Ayush Rudhra – Astrology & Spiritual Consultations, we aim to deliver accurate, personalised and time-bound services to all clients. As all consultations, reports, anushthans and spiritual guidance services are customised, the following Refund Policy applies:

1. No Refund After Consultation / Report Delivery

Once:

the consultation (telephonic / video / chat) is completed, or
the report / analysis has been prepared or delivered,

No refund is applicable under any circumstances.

Our services are intellectual, time-based and personalised; therefore refunds are not possible after delivery.

2. Refund Before the Appointment (For Consultation Bookings Only)

Clients may request a refund before the scheduled consultation time ONLY if:

They have not received any personalised analysis, preparation, or pre-reading.
They cancel at least 4 hours prior to the appointment slot.

A processing fee (5%–10% depending on the payment gateway) may be deducted.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once booked:

Anushthan / Ritual Booking
Spiritual Prayog Expenses
Energised Products / Yantra
Personalised Horoscope, Numerology, Astro-Reports
Emergency Consultation Request
Priority / Same-Day Appointment
Any service where analysis work has already started

Since these involve advance preparations, materials, astrologer time and puja arrangements, refunds cannot be issued.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request one free reschedule, provided it is done at least 2 hours before the session.
Last-minute no-show or late arrival beyond 10 minutes is treated as session consumed, and no refund/reschedule will be offered.

5. Double Payment or Duplicate Transaction

Full refund of the duplicate payment will be issued.
The client must provide payment proof/screenshot.
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6. Failed or Pending Payment Status

If the amount is deducted from the client’s bank but the order does not reflect on AyushRudhra.com:

The payment gateway/bank usually auto-refunds within 5–7 working days.
If not, clients can contact us with:

Date & time of payment

We will coordinate with the payment gateway.

7. Refund Mode & Time

Refunds (where applicable) will only be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Refund Time:

Indian payments: 3–7 business days
International payments (PayPal/Card): 5–14 business days
